It has been raining in Manila for 10 days nonstop. Most of the city and other low lying areas are flooded. In case of emergency, do keep these numbers posted on your refrigerator door. Call them in case you need help.

3) fully charged mobile phone
4) swiss knife
5) trash bags
6) bottled water
7) extra batteries
8) whistle
9) extra clothes
10) food in packages that is easy to open
